- Ensure you have an sso.redhat.com account. If you do not, create one at the SSO portal using your Red Hat email.
- If you already have an account on Jira, you have an sso.redhat.com account and do not need to create another one.
- Send an email to rh-issues@redhat.com. Create a support ticket here. The Confluence admin team will create an account for you. Include your external SSO user name and email in the request.
- Log into spaces.redhat.com using your SSO user name and password.
