- Fill out the Red Hat SSO new account form for employees. This will generate a request for an SSO user name. You will be sent an email asking you to confirm your email and set up a password (if you don't get an email, you can access the customer portal with your ID and reset your password from there).
- Access the Red Hat Jira URL: https://issues.redhat.com/
- Click the Log In button at the top right corner.
- Enter your SSO user name and password on the sso.redhat.com log-in page.
- If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot your password? and your password will be emailed to you.
- After logging into SSO, you will be redirected to Jira. Select your language preference and avatar.
Non-Red Hat employees
- For non-Red Hat employees, access Access the Red Hat Jira URL at https://issues.redhat.com/
- Click on the Sign-Up button in the right top corner.
- Create a Red Hat account at the SSO portal that appears by entering your email address and name and creating a password.
- After creating your Red Hat account, you will be redirected to Jira. If not, access it at https://issues.redhat.com/ and log in with the account information you just created.
