Scope
The scope of this Policy includes all Red Hat Jira users that are consuming a license, including Red Hat employees, customers, partners, and the upstream community.
Policy Statement
Red Hatters and Partners
PME considers active Red Hat and Partner users to have logged in to Red Hat Jira within 45 days. If users do not sign in within 45 days, their licenses will be reclaimed, making their accounts inactive.
All Red Hat and Partner users are required to have signed in within the last 45 days to maintain an active user profile in Red Hat Jira.
Customers and Upstream Users
PME considers active customer and upstream users to have logged in to Red Hat Jira within 30 days. If users do not sign in within 30 days, their licenses will be reclaimed, making their accounts inactive.
All customer and upstream users are required to have signed in within the last 30 days to maintain an active user profile in Red Hat Jira.
Reactivation
A user can reactivate an inactive account by signing in again, at which point they will have access to all previous functions and data.

Compliance Measurement
Compliance with this Policy is mandatory for all Red Hat Jira Users.
Non-compliance & Exceptions
Registered Red Hat bot accounts are exempt from this Policy.
