If you are experiencing an issue with Jira or Confluence, please email rh-issues@redhat.com. Please provide as many specifics as possible that would help PME resolve your issue.

For performance issues that impact your ability to take action through the Jira or Confluence UI, include the following details:

  • What action / call did you attempt?
  • What error / issue did you encounter?
  • What account (personal or service account) were you using?
  • When did the issue first present, and is it ongoing or intermittent?

For general bugs that you're facing, please include the following details:

  • What are the steps to reproduce?
  • Is this reproducible by other people and/or in multiple projects or on multiple issues?
  • If this was previously working, when did you first notice the unexpected behavior?


For account and permissions issues, ensure you have reviewed How to Create an Account on Jira and Confluence. If those instructions don't resolve your issue, please include the following details in your request to PME:

  • Describe the permissions or account issue in detail. 
    • If a permissions issue, what are you trying to access?
    • If an account issue, please provide your:
      • SSO user name (if known)
      • email address
  • Include screenshots of any error messages you are receiving.
