If you are external to Red Hat and need to access a JSM support portal, follow these directions:
- Visit the support portal's URL: https://issues.redhat.com/servicedesk/customer/portals
- If you already have a customer portal or Jira account, log in with your user name and password.
- If you don't have a customer portal or Jira account, select Register for a Red Hat Account.
- Enter the required information:
- Choose a Red Hat login
- Choose a password
- Enter first and last names and email address.
- Select Create My Account.
- You will be sent a verification email to the email address you entered.
- Verify your email.
- Return to the support portal's URL and log in using the login and password you just created.
