If you are external to Red Hat and need to access a JSM support portal, follow these directions:

  • Visit the support portal's URL: https://issues.redhat.com/servicedesk/customer/portals
  • If you already have a customer portal or Jira account, log in with your user name and password. 
  • If you don't have a customer portal or Jira account, select Register for a Red Hat Account.

  • Enter the required information: 
    • Choose a Red Hat login
    • Choose a password
    • Enter first and last names and email address.
  • Select Create My Account.
  • You will be sent a verification email to the email address you entered.
  • Verify your email.
  • Return to the support portal's URL and log in using the login and password you just created.
